Mike Panelo has been an active member of Folsom SIR Branch 49 since retiring and is honored to serve as Big SIR for 2026. He enjoys the camaraderie of the branch and believes SIR is at its best when members feel connected and involved. Outside of SIR, Mike enjoys cooking, time with family and friends, and hanging out with his dogs, Lily and Luna.

I have been a member of branch 49 since 2003. I have enjoyed the social activities, in particular the golf. It has been great getting to know so many of our members and I look forward to meeting more. My background was in the bottled water industry for almost 20 years and the last 18 years of working was in safety and OSHA compliance. I have been retired for 5 years. I am married and have two grown children and one grandchild who just turned 15. He keeps my wife and I busy with his high school baseball and football games. I am honored that you have chosen me as your Little Sir for 2026 and will do my best to serve our branch
